This recipe seems like it was transcribed incorrectly or something. I followed the instructions to a T (up through step 2) and ended up with almost essentially soup. Lot of liquid there. I ended up having to strain out the solids and wrapped those because it would've been nigh impossible to wrap an eighth of the whole pan. The leftover liquid was exactly the right amount to pour over the wraps oddly enough and it tasted great. Taco sauce wasn't needed I feel like there was probably a step or two missing, then added the taco sauce for some reason. I recommend making it as is, straining out the solids and wrapping those, and using the leftover liquid as the sauce

Ended up having a lot of fries left offer the other night so I pulverized them in my processor in place of the shredded potato. This turned out beautifully and flavorful
